Well to me it seems that we may not hear anything from CoA in immediate future because and again just my thought that Rusty posted one of the bullet points in the summary of the outcomes from the EGM that "If AVQ did not hear anything from the CoA till February then AVQ can consult court on the reasons for the delay" and I did ask the question "Why till Feb" what is the significance but no one was able to clarify.

So just hold tight and be patience . GLTA
