I wouldn't say I'm positive on MFS by any means, however MFS has not yet received the money from CVC as it has not yet settled so it is very inaccurate of you to say that they have received $409 million and now need another $50 million.

I'm not sure if you are actually holding and rate this as a buy like your disclosure states, however IMO it is hard to get a worse deal than the current board is dishing up. It would be ludicrous to not at least see what Chris Scott is planning.

On top of that, given he used to have shares worth hundreds of million, and now worth a couple of tens of millions, I'd say his motivation is as high as anyones.

Am I positive on the company at the moment? No. Am I interested to see what other options exist? Very.
