I would like to pen a letter to the board requesting an EGM for the purpose of removing Noel Newell as the MD of this company. If they refuse to call it, then i am told i need at least 5% of the shareholders to force it.
jc, mbeeza...i'm looking at you guys to put your words into actions and support this move. is there any way to contact shareholders to poll who would be open to such a move? there would be no point requesting it if it was doomed to fail.
i cannot see any other way for this company to succeed. Continued promises not kept, deals not done, complete lack of communication coming from hq. Shareholders deserve more and i am sick of swallowing the garbage we get told. This guy has not been held to account for his performance so far and i believe it is time that he is.
