Skip i thought you would have qorked it out by now. There is no one taking up any of the 300 mil shares except our good friends at Global. And no, cvi wont be getting $1.2mil. Thats just a notional value. Cvi gets whatever amount Global manages to sell the 300mil shares for in the market.

But all this dont really matter....why?? Because cvi is essentially owned by Global .
