The insto placement was at .27 to raise $AUD230m.
Not sure what terms the SPP will be issued on - it will want to be a generous discount if they want any more coin.
Debt cleared - back to where they were in Apr 2007 before P Equity (read Macquarie et al) raped them.
They won't want to go to the well again anytime soon after this drawn out debacle of a cap raising.
