    Notice of General Meeting and Explanatory Notice Page 9 para 5: September 28 is the receiving date for the institutional payment of their Conditional Placement if Resolution 2 is approved. Same page para 3 and 6 - Resolution 2 will also approve the $15k @27c SPP go ahead, which is not underwritten. The SPP date will be anounced shortly after the meeting if Resolution 2 is passed.
