Hi merv,

i did not say anything about the jorc being a condition of settlement. i said i will hold until the jorc is completed because this will confirm what is in the ground.

however i would expect that the jorc would be a condition of settlement although no mention of this thus far, and i would expect that if the tonnages previously reported are not met with the jorc that would change the purchase price. this is basic business is it not.

all will be revealed in time. the asx will make sure of that.
