The only things to be decided on Thurs will be as per the meeting agenda and which is about raising the money for the balance of the deposit, Kaz DD etc and some money for Aust exploration.

As for the jorc, the recent presentation (impressive stuff there) says that Ercosplan will be providing data in Aug to enable drilling for jorc to proceed. The jorc is therefore some time off, but as previously posted, I can't see anything in the paperwork to say that the jorc is a condition of settlement.

If I were able to do this I would be asking (if possible)(1) when settlement of the purchase is likely to take place? and (2) is the jorc a condition precedent in the Heads of Agreement/Contract?
