Totally agree re options ... should have been a staged bracket creep allotment closer to home runs ti allow more skin in the game than salary. Realistic performance hurdles need to be meet. The thing that has caught us all out is the mis representation about what the cr would be used for (survival now, not PD) and that without credibility things turn very sour very quickly in the spec space ... will all the positive Ann’s leading up to this pivot point, then just showed us all the foundations are not as solid as we thought. I don’t know how all of you find the time to go back and forth with 500 word essays but let’s wait till the fat lady sings on Thursday ... hopefully
