I don't think we are all so gullible. There are a lot of steps between "game changing" and commercial success. But when the CEO confidently predicts financial break even by the end of the year and repeats it over several months, we're entitled to believe that there is a reasonable chance they can at least come close. Its even more critical because of the debt funding.

Personally I can accept the "no more capital raises" reversal in light of successful TAVR research. But to take on debt, reiterate the revenue target and then miss by such a large margin is a major problem.

However it is what it is, and something now must be done to manage the problem. That something is ineveitably to raise funds.
