$20 mill cap raise is more than 50% of the company.
If a big fish comes in. They run the show. We will eventually just get absorbed for a pittance.
We will get a vote though, just one with no choice.
The tech will live on and grow, just probably without us.
The only hope to not get diluted to death is flog the the infusion business for as decent price.
But they cant do that with the mortgage on it can they?
Anyone care to put a valuation on it?
