Personally, if you could get it up first, I would then contact the major newspapers (Fairfax, AFR). I'm sure there would be wider interest if it is already certain to happen (i.e. there is a fact to report). Otherwise you might be dismissed as just stirring up trouble. Wider public attention might then lead to some of the other institutional holders to think about reflecting on their holdings and voting for change.
