The 125 requisition forms signed by Jervois shareholders calling for an EGM were delivered this morning to the Jervois Head office in Melbourne. Duncan now has to call the EGM asap. I dont think the judge will be amused if Duncan Pursell doesnt call it this time.
If Dunan Pursell doesnt call the EGM he will become personally liable.
