From my understandings, Cottee wants to consolidate shares.

The rest of your post is just grasping at straws on behalf of CB, JH and CP, ... the shareholders have spoken, and as has been said elsewhere, hopefully a deal will ensue in S/H's favour before the 19th July.

We don't need any more corporate bs to slow us down now.
