    Melmann, short answer is yes. Between now and 19 July CP could accumulate many more shares and give himself enough votes to ditch cottee and co and install his own board.

    The current board may have dodged a bullet today, but I would guess there will be no second chances. SH are a fickle lot and if the SP drops contrary to the high expectations of SH and the spruiking of the board, sentiment could change.

    Nothing will be settled until after the 19 July unless CP withdraws his s.249d.
