With oil starting to flow I doubt if CP is going to just take his bat and ball and go home. Hopefully now that there is some resolution to the board issue CP can start a meaningful dialogue with the endorsed board. CP probably holds enough shares to ask/demand at least one seat on the board which would be a nice start.

Another option is for CP to continue to accumulate and make a bigger play for CTP so as to put in place the board he wants. he has deep enough pockets. I guess the flow tests for surprise might help him make the decision of does he stay or does he go.
