That’s true - while I don’t like SPPs that much as they take too long and cost more, it would have been fairer to let management and existing shareholders apply for the same amounts, if they were going to raise at 10c.

Alas, they didn’t.

So if you vote against 8-11, maybe management will try again to get cheap shares, but through a SPP.

A price running hard for good reason isn’t a good reason to bring it right down again to sell part of the company off cheaply when everyone was happy to be paying above 12c for it still.
