What this comes down to In my opinion (which counts for nothing here so will air it anyway.)

You are asking for a rejection of all resolutions on the basis that AVX would be better run by directors that have
no financial interest in AVX against CZD (in spite of the shortcomings aired here) that has an real interest in the success of AVX.

Where is the AVX plan, they have asked CZD for theirs.

Comes down to politics who has the best policy, bit like the recent election, not much in the way of policy from either side.

However i will accept the vote results with grace either way.
