c_stevens I'll just ignore you and your comments, I don't get upset with differing views, as long as the person puts them in a sensible manner with thoughts attached not just blind statements, but in your case with your accusations that some here are company people posting on these threads is what annoys me. I post yesterday that you should contact HC and complain insted of posting that sort of rubbish.

leopold I will explain myself and my stance on the spp. I have been apart of heaps of these over the years and I guess I'm not surprised at anything. I am glad that they put the registered date as of today as that meant no new investor gets the same option on the spp as me. Would I like to get the free options, of course I would but that would mean so much more dilution that everyone is worried about in the future, if your talking on top of the insto's.

I was surprised a bit but whatever management had to do to lock in the money for now and secure that additional funding for the years to come is fine with me. I entered this stock knowing that would need money going forward, most growth stocks do especially if they wish to compete and steal market share worldwide. If you look at the cash burn rate with such a large management team and the pipeline of products we have then you would see that it really is needed now, we don't exactly know when we will get on NASDAQ as they have stated it is all subject to so many legal entities both here and the US.

All in all leopold this stuff happens, having a more solid backing with the insto's is a good thing to me and now we have the money to progress well ahead of time and have diversified earnings and opportunity. No shareholder will be happy with more shares on issue but they should know if it is a possibility with the stocks they own, but heck we will only have around what 260/270m out there and compare that to so many others with a billion/s on their registers.
