Last shareholder notice from group who asked for this said they had 39.6m shares. In the shareholder vote they got 48-49m vote, so they only picked up 10m votes more out of the remaining 200m shares on issue. The percentage for them looks better than that because only around 150m shares voted, so 86m shares did not vote.

So they managed to convince a bit over 4% of other shareholders to vote with them....
