assuming most can't / wont attend the EGM, make sure you get your votes in before the cut off mid next week and have your say on their appointments and importantly the remuneration proposal.

Appoint the Chair as your proxy if you can't make it and then in section B make sure you choose if you support / don't support them in their proposals.

Its important you both appoint a proxy (which could be the chair) AND then select where you want your vote directed otherwise your vote maybe directed against your desired outcome.
