I couldn't reconcile the voting numbers so contacted FH.
Just so you know, anyone who gave their proxy vote to the ASA did not have their vote counted. Seems ASA's paperwork was not in order so they wern't allowed to use their proxy's.
Wouldn't have changed the result bearing in mind the ASA were going to vote for the deal. Anyone know how many proxy votes the ASA had?
Not a good look for the ASA, especially as they appear to be the only organisation that represents small shareholders.
