    Great Question. For voting, if you'd like a change to the board. You'd vote YES to all resolutions. In relation to the proxy, don't appoint the chairman, as I've been informed that he can override your votes. If you are voting yes, then I'd be happy to be your proxy. You'll get my details from the substantial shareholder notice.
