    IMO,previous CEO and the chairman should go,because they prepaid approximately US$18m (including cow insurance premiums) for suspicious R&D or did not prevent it to be prepaid.
    Sadly 3 Australian directors (printed names at the last on the voting form?) resigned,they should remain on the board and try to protect Australian shareholders.
    So IMO, against to elect,for for remove
