Hi Barrons, Thanks for your support the more shareholders that nominate the Australian Shareholders Association as their proxy the more influence they are able to wield.The shares they represent are aggregated so they may end up representing 5-10% of shares on issue if all you small retail investors give them your proxy.
The action group against the sale would prefer that you attend the meeting if possible to question your directors about this deal and the benefits to the company and its shareholders.

So everyone against the sale please

1. Appoint the Australian Shareholders as your Proxy

2. X in the Against box

3, Don't forget to sign and date your form

4. Please make sure that your form gets to Registries in Sydney at least 48 hours before the meeting on the 18th of May.
