Dear All,
Those of you who can make it to Sydney on the 18th of May for the EGM please do so and DO NOT SEND IN YOUR PROXY forms. You will need them to gain access to the meeting and be given a voting card when you arrive.
The more disgruntled shareholders we get to the meeting the better so that the Board and the Chairman are made fully aware of our opposition to the deal.
The EGM also gives shareholders an opportunity to question the Board and management regarding this decision to sub lease Crown to Forge Resources.

We might be able to arrange group travel to Sydney.
Those unable to attend due to other commitments or inability to travel please appoint the Australian Shareholders Association as your proxy holder rather than the Chairman Mr Nicholas Curtis.
Those against the sale of Crown please MARK THE BOX AGAINST.
DO NOT MARK THE ABSTAIN BOX your vote will be wasted. Allow for postal delays and make sure the form is returned to Registries in Sydney before the cut off date of 10.00am 16th of May.
