EGM Voting

So a quick question to all holders with regards to the EGM voting. I would appreciate any advice/opinions you all have regarding:

Ammendments to takeover provisions
Appointment of new hong kong auditors
Approval of issue of a number of options
approval of options to the private parties mentioned

A few questions I have:
Why do we need "new" auditors, they were previously appointed in January and (I assume) finished their contrat in march - isn't this an unnecessary cost at this point in time? Does anyone remember what the terms of appointment were with regards to remuneration and what it is to be fixed at?

With regards to the re-issue of (new) options for professional and sophisticated investors and also the private parties mentioned, what is everyone's opinion. It would appear that these share options are simply to replace previously issued options with a new expiry of 15 dec 2015. They have had some time to convert their previously issued options - does the company need the cash and is that reason enough to endorse the re-issue?

Any other thoughts / questions / comments appreciated, completely understand if you don't wish to discuss in an open forum as such.
