You asked for a view Vish... so here it is! You are truly WRONG and should cease with your continued attempts to downramp when you are trying to buy and upramp when you are selling! (HC Posters should check your history, you are so up and down IMO)

The High Court Decision was an extremely drawn out case and the decision was pretty scathing! Now you don't need to be a scholar to realise that given the seriousness and length of the High Court case and sensitivity of this decision that this Appeal will take time. Your friend at AVQ might have a better view, but please, do share your HEARSAY!
