one thing about this appeal and decision comes to my mind that if judges are taking this long for a decision for a dispute which was clearly and validly thrown away in our favor out by the HC(high court not hot copper) then there must be a very compelling new "things" came up during the appeal which requires these 3 judges to give a second thought ..again with all the hearsay about no new evidence was submitted by SMM etc.. this is in my view worth counting in when expecting a decision in favor or against us.... I truly wish that I am very wrong but am eager for AVQ scholars to provide their views .. DYOR and GLTA
