I acknowledge that there are a lot of regular posts here from people who are not happy with management (myself included).

I would be interested in hearing the other perspective. There were approximately 45M votes (excluding Chris Giles) who voted at the start of the year to keep Mark Stewart as a director. So there are many votes that are not being voiced here. I would like to hear from:

    1. Anyone who voted to at the start of the year to keep Mark Stewart as an existing director but is likely to vote No to the SIMEC funding proposal (trying to get a sense of how the votes might shift).

    2. Anyone who voted to remove Mark Stewart as a director at the start of the year, but will now vote to Yes to the SIMEC funding proposal (to see if there are any votes that might shift the other way).

    3. Anyone who is thinking that they will vote for the SIMEC funding arrangement and if so, your reasons for doing so (I would like to appreciate the other side of the argument from shareholders - not management, and encourage some rational discussion).

    Thanks in advance.
