I would think that from pre election discussions, that a debate would have to be entered into by the govt and locals as to whether U as a by product can be mined first, and if this transpired, then GGG would have to submit their environmental report on mining to prove to those only 5 kms away that it could be done safely. One problem with being so close is the dust factor from blasting the rock. We may get some interim ok that they are sympathetic to u as a by product, but the people would have a say in the result, and all this along with the enviro submission could take quite some time before we are guaranteed being able to mine at all. Just my thoughts.
