Jonzot - Summit didn't bring in Areva - Areva came in themselves to block Paladin.

And Paladin have not bought off Areva - Areva still own 10% of Summit.

Summit, in fact, recommended the Paladin takeover to its shareholders - I held both PDN and SMM at the time, and sold my SMM for 6.34 :)

Paladin own just less than the 90% of SMM that they'd need to do a compulsory takeover. Areva own 10%, and the rest are the few SMM shares that are on the market.

Areva are still blocking.
