    "my question would be why they purchased the license in the first place ? surely they would have know that x amount of time is needed to have fully assessed results of seismic testing available or maybe they didnt know this ?"

    I have a theory that PM's excuse would be that NWE's main focus is on Arrowsmith. Not that it is a good enough excuse, but I reckon he'd try that one to deflect any criticism/blame.
