For instance how have you managed to ascertain that the project is still profitable at $92 a ton? To my knowledge no BFA (Bankable Feasibility study) has ever been done on this project!
What's the concern with the Creafin Deal, they are only vendors working on a percentage if they happen to find someone silly enough to finance this project, Joe Blow or yourself could do the same.
