    IMO,
    Its good news that Ralph has secured more working capital for CSD via another $1m loan
    This gives the independent expert the extra time required to perform a detailed analysis and due diligence on the proposed mou regarding the acquisition of spm assets.

    Many here have stated that the mou may be executed after Chinese New year ( Feb 19th 2015)
    IMO the EGM may take place sometime between 1st qtr 2015 and 2nd qtr 2015.
