    IMO

    Valuation of small cap miners- book value means absolutely nothing as many companies on ASX are valued at well below book value of assets...

    What is important for CSD is
    cash at bank at present
    cash flows going forward beyond 30th June 2015
    cash flows for CAPEX before revenues eventuate
    Majority control of 79.51%
    and most importantly expected or actual profits-earnings going forward
