If they fail and we go back to trading, the share price will be hammered into the ground instantly and we won't be getting a better ratio.
If they take that on board, and go to the other companies I can't see how that will end well.

I just don't see why it needs to be at 44:1, we've been trading at 0.6 (pushing at 0.7) for ages. the only time it drops back is when someone big smashes through with line wipes, not because lack of interest.

44:1 just punishes the holders, there is absolutely no need for it frankly.

I don't agree, but I don't want to lose it all because the other companies pull out.

Fair point..The obviously know with the 44:1 we are between a rock and a hard place. i guess the only chance we have is that once we are trading the Share price goes considerably north. The danger of course is that new investors have no confidence with investing because when it comes to honesty and transparency with this management they cannot be trusted.
