What would be the purpose of the AGM?

eg Remove the Director/s and then what.?

The damage is done and the course ACE is on now cannot be reversed. imo

Don't get me wrong I don't accept the Position Ian Gandel imo has put ACE/AGS in and with that atm destroyed my investment with no apparent upside anytime soon.

Removing I.Gandel should be No1 priority atm but again its possibly too late with the Financial position AGS is placed in atm, under his watch. imo

I challenge the other Directors to stand up and call for his resignation.! imo

or perhaps he could offload his interest in AGS?

Everyone makes mistakes and imo its obvious theres been a monumental mistake made with the taking out of Legal Action, no doubt inspired by I. Gandel alone!. imo

Whats the price, he should pay?

Throwing in a million here or there to alleviate AGS's dire financial position does not exclude him from scrutiny for his actions, either does his holdings of 80m Shares! imo

I'm for calling an EGM to remove I.G as a Director for his actions in the Failed M&D C Matter. imo.
