I think nothing is to be gained from whatever court action.
Management made the decision to have nothing in a matter of time. Truly a huge shocker. The mention of a 'dividend' by IG I see as a misleading statement to attract funds for the CR.
Any windfall from U sales will not go to shareholders, but to Chile (at best) and to pay the excessive salaries. Like originally planned by IG but modified words after feedback from shareholders.
