As you say will never know what Baxter resignation about but some speculation from me below to join some possible dots...

Could deal with gk be closer than we think to move to operational phase with recommencement of gk's mining operations in moz.

Could this be why cc resigned chairman position of other company recently to allow increased focus on ton given the above ?

Could baxters resignation have to do with as part of gk deal gk want their person on ton board who provides requisite graphite operational experience ( no need for Baxter and opportune time to offload aj)?

The thing that has me watching ton closely is potential for deal with gk being very close knowing they did site visit to anucubae last quarter.

And we know gh has being doing some recent presentations - gk included. I mean they Brought gh in as has good record of closing deals.

Anyhow just me seeing if I can join some dots to add to the intrigue and that's 3/3 from me today
