EGM regarding Stage 2 of LW agreement is to be held before or on September 15th.
Guess an ASX announcement is valid as notification?

With 28days there should be an announcement latest on Friday.
I do expext it will be postponed, as I assume LW, the "JPM Nominee Group" and Sokimo
are still negotiation next steps.

Srill hoping for a clear cut. Complete chinese takeover or LW not completing stage 2 and we go for
a Measured Resource with Klaus.

Third option just would be interessting if LW can organize some wonders (backed by state council).
Build immeadiately a 100k oz pa plant for 150-200mio financed by PBoC with some 5%.
