I spoke with management today . Due to a delay by the consultants working on the due diligence , the shareholder meeting to approve the Luck Winner investment into Amani, will not be held until at least the end of September. This delay has been out of the hands of Amani management and is subject to the timetable of the consultant group.

As soon as a date for the Shareholder EGM has been agreed and confirmed, it will be announced to shareholders and the ASX
