there are 3,485m shares on issue

so there are 1,562m non- Todd shares.

so 1,172m shares out of 1,562m shares voted, which is pretty amazing, because usually you only get about 35-40% of shares to vote at any meeting.

about 98% of non-Todd shareholders who voted, voted against the Board's recommendations.

so virtually every non-Todd shareholder who voted, voted against the Board's wishes.
