The number of votes cast, shows they will never again be able to do anything without the full attention of every shareholder. I'm assuming that all votes that went with TIO, were from managed funds where the shareholder was not able to gain access to voting.

So we went from a group of ill-informed shareholders to 99% of the share registry. Their positions are completely untenable and any morally correct director would resign, as per the wishes of nearly every owner of the company.

In my opinion, it will only be a matter of time before they leave thankfully. As theses people were never brought in to move the company forward.
