The response, maybe today, from the board will need to go a lot further than just announcing the vote results. They must respond to a very clear message they have received via the vote.
BBIG, as I see things, have a problem. Understatement!
Should the board respond along the lines of the quarterly I feel they will just be digging a deeper hole for themselves.
All in my humble opinion. I cannot say considered opinion, because the board are somewhat reluctant to communicate with the company owners.
