Exactly. Mr. McAdam said that he was an independent director for all shareholders not just Todd. He apparently holds no FMS shares. I asked him if he has Todd shares and the Chairman told him he didn't have to answer that ... and he didn't! Surely if the answer was no then he would have been happy to answer. I also said that I was unimpressed that Mr McAdam replied to Mr Dunstable saying he didn't care what he thought! Wow, what a MD and Director!
