Re EGM and minority shareholder oppression.

You had to be at the EGM to get a real sense of how offensive it was. The disrespect to minority shareholders and the level of security directed at us as a 'mob' was on the premise that the Board had been illegally threatened etc etc by minority shareholders but the Board was not sufficiently threatened, if felt at all, to inform the Police - courtesy of One Nation's questions in WA Parliament.

No complaint made to the WA Police yet we were ironically treated as criminals.

I'm all for pursuing this legally re the Corporation Act you both have detailed.
