Looks like DES is planning it's next phase in it's rise to stardom.
I am happy with the capital raising issue, with a maximum of 20% discount for existing shareholders.
I did think that options prices set at 15% was a little too easily to get hold of and would have preferred 25% as a mimimum.
Then again it's all relative to what the share price is at the time.
What to other holders think?
DES is my new favorite stock (meaning it will make up a larger portion of my "spec" stocks than normal.)
