Just spoke to the Company Secretary, Justyn Stedwell, who told me that an ann. will be released within 48 hrs. It will be the Notice of Meeting which will probably take place around 10th Sept. About 8 resolutions will be passed and about 3 mths after the meeting, there will be some cap raising.

Justyn also told me that they have NO sales figures from India yet as it is early days so I'm not sure what maryanne09 was referring to a few weeks ago!?

I asked him if there was likely to be any outstanding news announced at the EGM and he seemed puzzled by my question. If there is, he seems to be unaware of it.
