Considering the updates we received during October, November and December, then nothing since including a deafening silence to accompany less than expected financials for the 2019 4th Quarter, wouldn't there be a please explain from ASX considering the attached Disclosure and Communication Policy.

According to this Titomic IMO are in breach of this policy and need to answer for it.
Lets face it....if we had been told nothing during this 3 month period then receiving nothing would be acceptable, but when you are told plenty relating to revenue and targets that is Price Sensitive then receiving nothing is not acceptable.

Its there in black and white, I don't believe we are complaining or there is any need for an EGM, but just asking for what is fair and just according to their own rules...
